High Season
May 1 -- September 30$425/night - Cleaning fee $350 per stay (lower rates for small parties and stays may be negotiable). Minimum 5 night stay. (Stays longer than 7 nights may require additional cleaning services) Shoulder Season
October and April$395/night - Cleaning fee $350 per stay (lower rates for small parties and stays may be negotiable) Minimum 3 night's stay Low Season
November 1 - Dec 17 and January 1 - March 31$345/night - Cleaning fee $350 per stay (lower rates for small parties and stays may be negotiable) Minimum 3 night's stay Major holidays that fall in low season will be charged at high season rates. The winter holiday season is Dec 18 through Jan 1. Maximum guests: 7 (Under certain conditions, we may allow the number of registered guests to exceed this number, at a cost of $25.00 per guest, per night.) Monthly and longer term rates are available upon request Terms of Payment A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. Payment may be made on-line or personal cheque if received one month before booking dates. Remaining 50% of booking is due two weeks before arrival.
